Water conservation in toilets by fitting them with two button flush tanks designed for light and heavy usage.

Pre-planned Sleeves inserted into the structure to avoid core cutting of slabs and beams at a later stage.

Well Seasoned wood frames to avoid drastic expansion and contraction during various seasons.

Door frames drilled and anchor bolted to the brick wall to provide better strength and durability.

Kitchen granite platform placed at height of 650 mm taking into consideration the average height of Indian Women.

Ramps provided at all entrance areas to improve accessibility for differently abled and wheelchair users.

Manbhum Rhapsody is located in the heart of Financial District. The area is home to some of the top IT companies like Microsoft, Virtusa, Sierra Atlantic, Wipro, Computer Associates, Infosys, Capgemini, Polaris, NVIDIA, CMC Limited, Amazon, Accenture and FactSet. It is also home to the largest ICICI office in the country. The proposed American Consulate is located directly opposite the project and has commenced construction.
