Founder’s profile
Manbhum was founded by Mr. Ramakrishna Rao, two decades ago. The founding principle behind Manbhum was to create homes with honest and transparent practices. Over the years this principle handed down by our founder has defined the culture of the organization. Mr. RK Rao’s vision of creating exemplary homes has taken form in the shape of our boutique residences, executed with passion across the Twin Cities.
An avid reader, architecture buff with a high degree of design consciousness, his taste and passion has translated into creating homes with the finer details. Mr. RK Rao is also an active member of CREDAI Hyderabad and currently it’s General Secretary. He has been instrumental in liasioning with all the stakeholders of the industry for creating a better environment for the real estate industry.
